Neana Allen, a solicitor, heads our wills department. Our wills service provides comprehensive advice about wills and inheritance tax planning at a fixed fee.
One of the hardest things to deal with in life is facing our own mortality and making a will seems to force us to do just that. It is therefore not surprising that many of us keep putting it off.
Writing a will ensures your wishes are carried out and your family protected. Issues such as guardians for children, executors, specific gifts and tax planning are all considered.
If you have made a will it is tempting to sit back, relax and forget about it. However, we recommend that annually you take a fresh look at your will to make sure it still takes account of your wishes. The last thing you want is for your good intentions to go to waste, or even worse for the people and causes you care about most to miss out on what you wanted for them.
Take a minute to read your will and if your intentions are different from those stated in your present will, we would suggest that you contact us.
Changing or making your will is easier than you think. Why not make an appointment to see Neana Allen.
