We are not currently accepting any new commercial instructions, due to high volumes of other work categories.

Tax (particularly VAT and SDLT)
Tax considerations include Stamp Duty Land Tax and Value Added Tax.
Planning
Advising on environmental waste, the application of the Use Classes Order and the effects of such matters as Tree Preservation Orders, rights of way and conservation areas on development.
Residential property investment
Buying and selling houses and flats as well as buildings for conversion for letting, to include tax planning and advice on the various Landlord & Tenant Acts as well as extension of leases.
Licensing
We advise on liquor and betting licensing and can represent you in the appropriate courts if required.
Employment
We advise on employment law including TUPE, where relevant to commercial sales and purchases.
